I’ve found the sneakers I want but can’t select my size

 

You can find a size guide on each product page if you wish to cross-check your measurements, there is also a guide included on how to measure. We also have a tool on our website called “Fit predictor” that can help you to calculate your shoe size based on popular shoe brands. This tool is found close to the size list on the product page. If you are still unsure of what size you need, please contact our customer service team.

Has my order been sent yet ?

 

When you place an order at chasser.store, we will send you an order confirmation to your registered email address. If you haven’t received it after a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If it’s nowhere to be found, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you further.

You’ve sent me the wrong items

 

We are sorry that you have received a faulty order, this is never our intention. Please contact our customer service team with photos and order number and we will assist you further.

Which methods of payment can I use?

 

We offer Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Paypal, Affirm, and Apple Pay for the majority of countries. The payment methods we offer are presented in the checkout, please make sure that you’ve chosen the correct country in the upper right corner.

Most countries are charged in local currency while some countries are charged in either US dollars or Euro. Prices on the website will show the currency of the website that you are visiting.

Can you give me more information about the sneakers?

 

 

All of our styles are unisex, hand-made from Italy however, some styles are exclusive for women as well as men's sizes.

You will find a size chart on each product page for cross-referencing with your measurements to be able to secure the best possible fit.

Can I track my order ?

 

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. If you have not received this email you can check your spam filter to see if the email has accidentally ended up there. If you cannot find your shipping confirmation please contact our customer service team and we will assist you further.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

We always aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 business hours.* When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.* Our warehouse only operates during business hours, Monday to Friday.

*Closed borders due to COVID-19 which might affect your shipment during transit make it slightly delayed, please find further information here. Also during sale or promotion, the demand for our products is higher than normal. Please add 1-3 business days to the delivery terms during these days. For UK orders, delays might be experienced due to Brexit related disruptions. We assure you that we’re doing everything we can to make sure that you’ll receive your order as soon as possible.
